READ Chapter
1-2. (Accelerating Your Evolution)
1.
Have the following events caused a noticeable shift toward the spiritual
in your life? The election of Barack Obama as President? The Global Financial
Meltdown? Social Networks? Global Warming? In what ways have they changed
you?
2.
Have there been times when you've felt that your very presence has brought
a healing energy to another, or made a difference in someone's life? Explain
the circumstances and how you felt at the time. What did you do, say or
feel, that brought about a positive change.
3.
Our thoughts and words have a direct impact on our lives. Can you provide
example from your own life of what happened when you consciously created
thoughts that led to the results you wanted? If war is caused by a clash
of ideas, what ideas and desires do most people share in common? What
do most people really want that could lead us toward a common, shared
vision of world peace?

3 (Your Journey to Connectedness)
4.
What does the word "community" mean to you? What are elements
of a spiritual community? How does a spiritual community differ from your
first description of community? In what ways could a spiritual community
accelerate your personal evolution? What benefits would you gain? In return,
what talents could you share with others in a spiritual community?
5.
What rituals would your spiritual community have in order to keep its
members focused on their spiritual growth?

be applied ormodified for use in your model spiritual community.

5 (Lifting Your Vibration Level)
7.
Who are the high-energy, heart-centered people who act as role models
and mentors in our life? How do we express love's heart-centered energy
in our daily life? What does it feel like inside our body when our energy
is high? What does it feel like when it's at its highest level? What are
you doing at the time? Can your memory of it bring it forward, on demand?
Experiment with this. If you like, use one person in the group as a "biooresonator"
or "tuning-fork" to help lift the energy level of others in
the group. Laughing for 5-minutes can also shift and lift the energy of
a group. Practice consciously lifting your energy to a higher level now.
8.
Discuss the difference between visualization and meditation. Use examples
of how you use each, from your own life. What do you want to attract into
your life? Which will you use? In what way will you use each? If your
thoughts and words carry a certain vibration rate, or frequency, what
will they attract to you? Is this what you want? What single thing can
you change about your thoughts and words so that they carry the same vibration,
or frequency, as what you want?
9.
Experiment with using the heart-centered frequency of love, and your intension
to heal, to heal something in your life. Discuss the process and the results
of this experiment with your group. Experiment with an individual (or
group) visualization and then vocalize it, as a sound as a frequency,
by putting it into words. Repeat the vocalization until it feels as though
the words are coming directly from your heart out into the world. Discuss
the results of this experiment in your group.
10.
Experiment with spending five minutes consciously thanking everything
that your eyes make contact with. Vocalize it. Say your thanks out loud.
Notice how you feel. Try this same exercise with your body. Practice thanking
your body, your heart, your liver, your stomach, your intestines, your
kidneys, your lungs, and so forth. Speak your thanks, out loud, over and
over, until the words feel like they're coming directly from your heart.
Report back to the group. Discuss the power of paying attention to something
or someone by thanking it.

6 (Understanding Thought-Forms)
11.
Discuss the power of thought-forms to transform negative energy into positive
energy. How many of these examples of positive thought-forms can you incorporate
into your everyday life? Like a martial arts expert, practice this spiritual
art of transformation. As a group, test the power of thought as a healing
force, by selecting something from your local area, or perhaps the hole
in the ozone, then practice chanting The Grand Declaration ten times to
feel its effect on your own body and that of the group. Discuss how you
felt about the process when it's over.

7 (Transcending Fear)
12.
Discuss: How would you act and what would you do if you let LOVE live
in the world, through your life. As an Ambassador of Love, what would
a day in your life look like, if in every situation you asked yourself:
What would LOVE do? And then did it?
13.
How many of your daily thoughts are fear-based? What methods do you use
to focus your thoughts on what you really want to achieve that day? Could
you spend an entire day without negative thoughts?
14.
Read the poem, Gratitude is an Attitude (page 137), aloud as a group.
15.
Discuss the concept of "perceived" limitations. What limits
one person, may not affect the next person. How do we let our perceptions,
or fear of ... limit us. How can we drop these limitations and replace
them with positive new habits?
16.
Try the Abundance Tree process (page 146-147) at home and discuss the
results with your group. What things turned up that surprised you?
READ Chapter
8 (Rewiring Your DNA)
17.
Discuss what Teilhard de Chardin, Don Beck, Richard Tamas, Hegel and Ken
Wilber have to say about this watershed moment in human history. What
is your personal response?
18.
What does the phrase "A rapidly evolving human is constantly self-healing,"
mean to you? Discuss with the group.
19.
As a group, tryout the HeartMath five-minute stress release exercise (page
180). Discuss how you felt. Did you set your intension to have your DNA
unwind? Was the group aligned? Did everyone in the group expect a successful
result? Did you begin the exercise with the following affirmation: "Our
expectation is success" ... ?
20.
Write down a set of affirmations that you would like to use on a daily
basis. Share them with others in the group.

Discuss how each of us can create a field of love in our lives.
22.
The health of a home is based upon the number of rituals there are in
that home. How many rituals do you have? How many can you think ofthat
you would be willing to do? What are they? Write them down and try them
out. Discuss the results.
23.
How does the rhythm of the Chinese clock (page 206-207) relate to your

with this internal clock?

Read and practice the exercise for the Sacred Mission of Money (page 217)
Can you imbed this thought-form in money each time you use money to pay
for something? Discuss how you can incorporate this ritual into your daily
life.
25.
As a group, read and practice creating a World Healing Circle (page 220).
Do you feel
confident enough to set up your own World Healing Circle at home, or at
your office? How many healing circles can your group in your community?
26.
Practice living as if you are already Enlightened. Use colored marking
pens to color in the circles next to each of the 20 actions each time
you do them. Share your progress with the group.
